Commercial & Payment Terms
Commercial and payment terms are discussed and agreed with the buyer as part of order confirmation. They may vary according to the product, order value, shipping arrangement and mutually agreed terms.

Quality & Inspection
Quality requirements are aligned with agreed product specifications. Where required, relevant testing, inspection or product-specific reports can be coordinated through the appropriate manufacturer, accredited laboratory or certification holder.
For fabric requirements, SGS reports can be provided on buyer request through the relevant laboratory process.
Coordinating the Journey Beyond the Order
Depending on the product, destination and agreed transaction terms, relevant documentation may include:
